In April 1993	Mr. Wengyuan who graduated from News Department of Guangdong Jinan University, forsook paperwork for business, he was also in charge of distribution of communication products of HongKong ShunFungHong Group in mainland.
In the end of 1995	Mr. Wengyuan established company in Shantou S.E.Z., dealing with import&export trade and sales of imported-foodstuff.
In 1996	the production base and Beijing branch were founded
In 1997	Tianjin branch was set up and the Jiweicun trademark was successfully registered.
In 1998	the yearly ratal of Jiweicun Co. Exceeded 5 million yuan. At the same time, Mr. Wengyuan was elected to be the youngest deputy to the NPC of enterprise circles in Shantou City.
In July 1999	the company began to make OEM for one part of products, the factory imported the advanced equipment and Japanese keeping-fresh technology.
In January 2000	the company implemented ISO9002 accreditation strategy.
In April 2000	the new Jiweicun Industry City, which occupied 28 thousand squares meters, has been constructing.
In June 2000	Jiweicun was awarded the key protecting industrial enterprise by the government of Shantou City.
In September 2000	at the largest supermarket like Wal-Mart, Carrefour, Pricesmart in Dalian, Beijin, Shijiazhuang, Xi'an and Shantou, the Jiweicun moon-cake has the biggest market share, and it is also the first three place in the sales valume.
